The #1 — and essentially only — Kismet-specific complaint in voice mining. 3+ mentions on Chewy and Wag: “Not too many freeze nugs,” “won’t be any nuggets sometimes,” “should have more for the price.”

Two strategic responses, neither destructive:

  1. Expectation setting — quantify the ratio in product copy and ads (“X% of every bag is freeze-dried nugs”), set the bar before purchase rather than letting customers discover and complain.
  2. Visual proof — show the nugs prominently in ad creative; the complaint may partly be perception (“not seeing them” rather than “not enough”).

Don’t ignore in copy or PDP — pre-empting it builds trust. Don’t over-promise either.
